PLASTICS

On this page we present a selection of plastic types from which we can form your products. As a plastics processor in the field of injection molding, we mainly use thermoplastics in the form of granulates or regrind. With our 40 injection molding machines, we shape the plasticized plastic into your product in mold forms. In this process, the injection molding machine, mold and plastic are precisely coordinated to obtain a product that meets your specifications.

The possibilities are very diverse and depend, among other things, on your product, the conditions of use, legal and manufacturing requirements.

The plastics listed here are presented with their basic properties. Depending on the manufacturer, type or the use of additives, the properties vary greatly.

Among the additives we count colors, fillers or modifiers. Color components are used to color your product according to your color requirements. The color is not only applied superficially. The addition of fillers (e.g. glass fibers) increases the mechanical properties, e.g. higher stiffness or strength. With different modifications, new properties can also be added to your product, such as flame retardancy or better UV resistance.

Overall, it can be said that in cooperation with our suppliers, we obtain a plastic that is custom-made for your products.

We will be happy to advise you on your project. Please contact us.
